We'll ship you a replacement. If we can't replace it, we'll refund it. No forms, no arguing. ### What's covered Defects in materials and workmanship: stitching, buckles and hardware, magnets, zippers, straps and webbing, fabric that fails under normal use. ### What isn't Normal wear from seasons in the brush, cuts or abrasion from use, damage from misuse or modification, and lost items. If you're not sure whether something is a defect, send the photo anyway — we'd rather look than have you guess. ### Changed your mind? That's a return, not a warranty claim: unused gear can come back within 30 days and we pay the return shipping.
